INTRODUCTION
CNC-GLASS THICKNESS TESTER adopts the light refection theory to test the thickness of the glass, specially when it’s difficult for us to measure the thickness of the glass by common ruler.
When testing the thickness of the insulated glass, you can get the thickness value of the two glasses and the air between.

TIPS
Make sure the glass surface is clean, which will lead to more accurate test value.
Avoiding several glass laid together, or it may lead to wrong test result.
Keep the back side of CNC GLASS THICKNESS TESTER clean. You can use ethanol to clean it.
Don’t face the sunlight when you doing the glass thickness test.
Don’t face the back side of the tester to human eyes when you are testing.
Put the CNC GLASS THICKNESS TESTER in the clean and dry place.
