In raining days or with workshop humidity over 65%, the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film, inserts, advertisement materials and glass will be affected by moisture that will severely influence the adhesion of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film.

So before producing laminated glass, do remember to double-check the pre-laminated glass which has been cleaned and wiped before, and make sure there’s no water stain and vapour on the glass(use dryer if necessary).

Besides, the laminating materials should also be dried, otherwise the finished laminated (strengthened) glass will have problem of bubble or de-lamination.

Therefore, customers are advised not to produce the laminated glass in raining days with heavy moisture.

It is possible that the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Films may get slight contamination during the production or use, for instance, some tiny outside substance on the surface of the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film.

So we suggest customers install a daylight lamp under the table so as to check clearly whether there is foreign substance, stain or other prints on the surface of the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film.

If some foreign substance or black stain is found on the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film, it should be picked out with knifepoint.

If the hole on the clear Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film is smaller than half rice grain, the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film can still be used without problem. But if a lot of foreign substance or black stains are found on the surface of the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film, customers should stop using the film and inform the EVA Film manufacturers immediately to handle the problem.
Blind production will lead to unnecessary waste .

(CNCGLASS EVA FILM is produced in dust-free purified workshop, such dirty issues don’t happens in our CNCGLASS EVA FILM. )

EVA interlayer film is the main row material for producing safety laminated glass, however, the quality of the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film is not the only factor for producing best safety laminated glass, there are many other factors in close relations with the successful production, such as equipment(EVA glass laminating stove), producing technique, glass and auxiliary materials, environment and weather condition, glass worker’s operation skill and responsibility.

Therefore, in order to produce strengthened glass and safety laminated glass, operator needs to analyze comprehensive factors and master comprehensive producing skill.
The following operation instruction is concerning the actual application of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film for safety laminated glass:

When laminating glass with Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film production, consumers are suggested to test a small glass (bigger than 0.5㎡)to confirm the quality and color of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film before using a batch of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Films.

Only the quality and color of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film is confirmed can the mass production of laminated glass proceeds, otherwise the massive finished products may have inconformity with the sample. If a large quantity of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Films of the same kind, especially colored Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Films, are used in a batch of laminated glass or the same project, the finished laminated glass should be frequently compared and examined during the production, so as to identify the error in quality, especially in color, and prevent mass scrapping and loss.
